You should see an error like this in the logs. It may be the case that there's some additional information between the "Running: create_domain_xml" line and the "Options" line that should point to an error
Remote Server: 10.210.160.110 Running: create_domain_xml Options: "bunch of options" Fatal: Failed to start [txqzkglsdadfaa] domain
- Check if the VM is a Windows 2016 VM. If so, the client probably needs to enable CPU flags as outlined on this page: https://docs.onapp.com/agm/latest/appliances/virtual-servers/create-virtual-server
- Check if the HV has enough RAM for the VM
- If the VM is not Windows based, and there is plenty of RAM available, double check version. 5.5-92 on requires grub2. If recent Upgrade occurred, then these tools may not properly be there. This can be done with: ls -la /onapp/tools on the HV.
