How can I limit CDN bandwidth usage for my users?

Answer
Currently we do not support "limit CDN bandwidth per month" on both user and CDN resource level. However, you may achieve the same by using our API:
(1) Call API to calculate the bandwidth used by the cdn resource or users
(2) Call API to suspend a cdn resource or users.
