Unable to create a CDN resource

Resolution
Please check the following:
(1) Have you assigned any edge group to the user's billing plan?
(2) Have you given permission (through their role's permissions) to the user to create CDN resources?
Cause
Certain requirements need to be met to create resources.
Do take note of the following:
(1) To create a VOD/Streaming (regardless of pull or push type), a streaming location is needed in the edge group of the user's billing plan.
(2) To create HTTP PUSH and VOD PUSH cdn resources, you need a HTTP CDN Storage Server and Streaming CDN Storage Server respectively.
