Question:
A PoP, that I subscribe to, is shown as active on my dashboard, but my customers aren't able to get any traffic through it.
Environment:
OnApp CDN
Answer:
If a PoP is paused, it will still show as active inside OnApp, indicating that the subscription is still active. It won't show up in OnApp Debugger, clients also won't receive any notifications, since paused PoPs are supposed to come back online quickly.
Additional Info:
The active tag on the CP indicates that your subscription is active, and has no bearing on whether or not the PoP is actually active.
