Issue:
My CDN site is not loading.
Environment:
OnApp CDN
Resolution:
When your CDN site is not loading:
(1) check if the origin server is working. If the origin server is not loading, the CDN site would not be working.
(2) check if the CDN hostname has the correct the CNAME (xxx.r.worldcdn.com).
(3) check in DNS debugger if all locations, assigned to this CDN resource, are down. Go to http://debug.onappcdn.com/dns
(4) check if it only happens on some certain servers. Go to http://debug.onappcdn.com/contentcompare/
