What are the limits of the purge and prefetch API calls? How frequently can they be used?

Answer
Purge and prefetch are limited to 1000 URLs (max) at a time from the control panel UI or API.
In addition, there is a limit of 40 purge and 30 prefetch requests per 5 minutes interval on each user account (CP users). Whole site purge is limited to 40 requests per 5 minutes per user account (CP users).
