vCloud Director user is not imported into OnApp

Environment

OnApp 5.2.x with vCloud Director integration

Resolution

There are a few requirements that your vCloud Director environment must have to ensure that users are successfully imported into OnApp:

• All users must have a valid email address assigned inside of vCloud Director.
• Each email address must be unique; there can be no duplicates.
• All users must have a First and Last name assigned inside of vCloud Director.
• Any system user will not be imported. OnApp will only import organization users.

If you are sure your environment meets these requirements, please open a support ticket so we can investigate further. You can monitor the import and check for any errors when importing users by checking this document.
