Issue
The role created in vCloud Director is not showing in OnApp.
Environment
OnApp 5.2.x (and later) with vCloud Director integration
Resolution
At this time, any roles created in vCloud Director after the original import won't be automatically synchronized into the OnApp portal.
If you create one, you can import it into OnApp by running manual sync of vCloud Director
