Issue
In the VNC console the mouse became unavailable, but it is available from RDP connection.

Resolution
Case 1: RDP connection available
1. Connect to the VM by RDP.
2. Run Device Manager (devmgmt.msc in Win+R \ command prompt \ PowerShell console).
3. Find Universal Serial Bus Controllers section and uninstall USB Universal Host Controller.
4. Go to Action, Scan for hardware changes.
USB Universal Host Controller is reinstalled and the mouse is now available in console, no reboot is required.
Case 2: RDP connection unavailable
1. Connect to the VM by console (only keyboard available).
2. Press "Send Ctrl+Alt+Del" button, use Tab key to select Administrator's profile and enter password.
After the successful login, we can see Desktop.
4. Use Tab and arrow keyboard keys to select PowerShell console.
5. Run Device Manager (in PowerShell console type devmgmt.msc).
6. Find Universal Serial Bus Controllers section and uninstall USB Universal Host Controller by pressing Delete key.
7. Select Computer and press Shift+ F10 to display the context menu and select "Scan for hardware changes."
USB Universal Host Controller is reinstalled and the mouse is now available in console, no reboot is required.
