Windows Smart Server Failed to Provision, ConfigureOS Step For scp Error

Issue

Windows Smart Server build / rebuild fails at ConfigureOperatingSystem step with the error like: 

Running: /bin/mkdir -p /mnt/onapp-tmp-mez8srhj5aoi3v/Drivers
Fatal: SCP did not finish successfully ()

 

Environment 

All OnApp versions with Smart Server option

 

Resolution

The error can occur because of the missing drivers files for that specific Windows version.

All the files can be found on the repo here.

Example file: http://templates.repo.onapp.com/Windows/drivers/smart_server_windows_2012r2_x64.tgz

Download the file to /data on the CP to fix the issue.
