Question
One of my customers is only able to view IOPS logs for the last couple of days on their VM. However, I can see logs going back further for the VM in question. Why aren't the IOPS logs matching up to this?

The most likely root cause here is that you have statistics archiving on your cloud.
Archive statistics removes your old stats to clean up space in the database, creating the discrepancy.
