Issue
Backups never complete and size shows as 0B.
Resolution
Please ensure the following is set in /etc/sysconfig/i18n:
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
After changing this, the storageAPI service should be restarted or the server rebooted.
Cause
This can be caused by the language on the Hypervisor/Backup server being changed from the default one.
