Can I create customized OS templates for my OnApp Cloud.

The best-supported option for customized templates would be to create a VM from a system template, install / configure software as needed, and then create a backup and convert to template

Additional Info
Due to how the OnApp cloud environment operates, not all OS can be made into template or properly utilized if made into template. As example, there are limitations on networking that currently limit router and gateway type of virtual machines. Please check forums and/or send a Support ticket if there is some question regarding a specific OS template and/or limitation.
