Answer
OnApp does not provide thin provisioning functionality for LVM data stores.
For Integrated Storage, it is possible to overcommit the storage. Please see the admin guide for additional information.
Additional Information
Unlimited overcommit is not recommended for production clouds. This would require constant supervision/disk rebalancing to ensure that nodes do not overflow.
