What SSH keys need to be in place within my cloud?

Answer
OnApp requires direct access to your Hypervisors via SSH, from the user 'onapp' - these should have been put in place as a part of your OnApp installation.
Additional Information
If your backup server or OS template storage is setup over SSH rather then NFS (You can check this in your OnApp Control Panel under Settings > Configuration) then we require additional keys to be placed in /root/.ssh/authorized_keys on the backup server from the 'root' user on your Hypervisor and Control Panel server, this will allow your Hypervisor password-less SSH access to your backup server.
