Question
How do I pause a particular bandwidth/location subscription?
Environment
OnApp CDN
Answer
Login to OnApp dashboard, navigate to 'CDN > Portal > Edge Servers', scroll to the 'Subscribed Location' section.
Then locate the subscription you want to pause, and click the 'Pause' link under the location name. Click "Ok" in the confirmation pop up window.
The CDN resource will stop serving from this subscribed location within 15 minutes after being paused.
Do note that both the seller/buyer has the right to remove/pause/resume a subscription. For example, you subscribed for location A from Provider X. Provider X has the right to remove/pause/resume your subscription too.
