What is the cost of Steaming Edge?
Answer
For each streaming edge server, apart from the fee of $10/mo per core, Wowza license charges will be imposed. The price is $50/mo per instance.
Please note that wowza billing is based on the instance count over a month, so if even your streaming edge server is online for 10 minutes in a month, it will still charge $50/mo.
*** Storage streaming server is installed with Wowza, and act as failover in the event all edges are down; therefore wowza charges are applicable too.
