All installation, upgrade and integration requests are fulfilled in the order they are received. The OnApp teams that take care of these activities are based in GMT+2 (GMT+3 during the Daylight Saving Time) time zone, which means that install, upgrade and integration work happens during UK office hours.
We do everything we can to accommodate your preferred date and time for these services, but we regret that it is not always possible to complete these activities at the specific time you request.
However, if you have a critical requirement to conduct maintenance during a specific time window, we will be happy to provide an additional quote for the work that needs doing – please contact your account manager to get started!
